- Cancellation: Cancellation requests must be made less than 3 days of league membership registration only to be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment and may take 7 days to process.
- Event Changes: Tamilnadu Tennis Association reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify events as necessary. Participants will be notified in the event of cancellation.
