Xavier Malisse wins the Mens Singles - Chennai Open 2007

Xavier Malisse won the Singles title in the Chennai Open 07, defeating Stefan Koubek 6-1, 6-3 in the final on January 07, 2007. Mr. A.K. Sinha, Chairman and MD, BSNL, gave away the prizes.

Later, Malisse, partnering Dick Norman beat Rafael Nadal and Bartolome Salva-Vidal 7-6 (4), 7-6(4) in the doubles final.
